Currently, the market for insolvency services is experiencing significant growth. As a result, there is an increasing need for skilled professionals to lead and grow businesses in this area.

The role of Insolvency Partner is a key position in any business looking to expand its services in insolvency law. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and growing the firm's insolvency practice, driving strategic direction and business development.

This requires building and maintaining trusted relationships with insolvency practitioners, financial institutions, and corporate stakeholders. The ability to develop tailored legal solutions and demonstrate a deep understanding of insolvency law is essential.

Furthermore, the Insolvency Partner must oversee and manage complex insolvency, restructuring, and disputes matters, ensuring high-quality outcomes. Providing strategic litigation advice on disputes related to insolvency, asset recovery, and commercial fraud is also a critical responsibility.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive strategic direction and business development for the firm's insolvency practice.
  • Build and maintain trusted relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to grow the firm's insolvency practice.
  • Provide expert advice on insolvency law and related matters.
  • Mentor and develop junior lawyers and professional staff.
  • Manage financial performance, including revenue targets and profitability.
