Key Responsibilities:
- Efficiently process cruise bookings and packages, ensuring accurate invoicing.
- Meet and exceed sales targets by consistently achieving Key Performance Indicators.
- Provide exceptional customer service through timely responses to enquiries via phone, email or in-store.
- Maximise revenue opportunities by effectively upselling and cross-selling relevant products.
- Ensure up-to-date product information to deliver outstanding customer experience.
Requirements:
- Proven track record in a customer-facing environment with a focus on sales performance.
- A minimum of two years' experience in the Cruise or Travel Industry.
- Proficiency in Global Distribution Systems (GDS).
- Excellent communication, problem-solving and time management skills are essential.
