Job Summary

As a seasoned retail professional, you will oversee the customer experience, people development, merchandising and operational functions of the store to deliver on store targets and KPIs.

Key responsibilities include driving sales with your team to achieve targets and KPIs, recruiting, training, developing and succession planning your team, managing daily store operations including inventory management, visual merchandising and housekeeping, and rostering your team in line with store trading.

Responsibilities
  • Drive business growth through exceptional customer service, sales and team performance.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales, improve customer satisfaction and increase operational efficiency.
  • Lead by example, demonstrating a strong work ethic, positive attitude and commitment to excellence.
  • Coach and develop team members to achieve their full potential, provide ongoing feedback and mentorship.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records, reports and data as required.
