Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and driven Psychologist/Rehabilitation Counsellor to join our team. This full-time opportunity involves delivering holistic, client-centered services within workplace rehabilitation, working closely with injured workers to achieve independence at home, in the workplace, and in the community.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct early intervention and psychological worksite assessments.
  • Participate in medical case conferences and stakeholder liaison, providing case management services.
  • Deliver rehabilitation, motivational, and vocational counselling to support clients' recovery and return to work.
  • Perform vocational assessments to identify suitable employment opportunities.
Requirements
  • Full or provisional registration with AHPRA (Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency) or Full/Associate membership with ASORC/RCAA.
  • Experience in Occupational Rehabilitation is highly desirable but not essential.
  • Excellent communication and time management skills are crucial for success in this role.
  • A go-getter attitude, taking pride in a job well done, is essential.
  • The ability to produce a satisfactory Working with Children Check and Police Clearance is required.
  • A current driver's license and vehicle are necessary for travel between work sites.
  • Willingness to learn and positively impact people's lives in tangible ways is a must.
  • The ability to engage clients and stakeholders in the wellness and work journey is vital.
  • A commitment to high-level customer service is expected from all employees.

Estimated Salary Range:

$80,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
