Total Workfit Solutions, Tasmania's largest injury prevention and workplace rehabilitation provider, invites experienced Registered Nurses to join our dynamic team as a Workplace Rehabilitation Specialist.

In this full-time role, you will deliver holistic, client-centered services within workplace rehabilitation, utilizing your clinical knowledge and allied health background to assist injured workers in recovering at work and achieving independence at home, in the workplace, and in the community.

Your day-to-day tasks will include early intervention and psychological worksite assessments, medical case conferences, stakeholder liaison, and case management services. You will also provide rehabilitation, motivational, and vocational counselling, as well as vocational assessments.

To be successful in this role, you must possess excellent communication and time management skills, a go-getter attitude, and a willingness to learn and positively impact people's lives. A current driver's license and vehicle are also essential.

Salary: $80,000 - $110,000 per annum (dependent on experience), plus benefits.
