About the Role:
Total Workfit Solutions, Tasmania's largest injury prevention and workplace rehabilitation provider, is seeking a dynamic and driven Psychologist/Rehabilitation Counselor to join our friendly and community-based team.
This full-time opportunity will see you delivering holistic, client-centered services within workplace rehabilitation, utilizing your clinical knowledge and allied health background to assist injured workers recover at work and achieve independence at home, in the workplace, and the community.
Responsibilities:
- Early intervention and psychological worksite assessments
- Medical case conferences and stakeholder liaison and case management services
- Rehabilitation, motivational, and vocational counseling
- Vocational assessments
Requirements:
- Full or provisional registration with AHPRA (Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency) OR Full/Associate membership with ASORC/RCAA
- Experience in Occupational Rehabilitation (highly desired, but not essential)
- Excellent communication and time management skills
- A go-getter attitude, taking pride in a job well-done
- Ability to produce a satisfactory Working with Children Check, and Police Clearance
- Current driver's license and vehicle
- Willingness to learn and positively impact people's lives
- Ability to engage clients and stakeholders in the wellness and work journey
- A commitment to a high level of customer service to clients and customers
