Job Description

This full-time opportunity involves delivering holistic, client-centered services within workplace rehabilitation. As a Workplace Rehabilitation Specialist, you will use your clinical knowledge and allied health background to assist injured workers recover at work and achieve independence in their personal and professional lives.

Your day-to-day tasks will include:

  • Early intervention and psychological worksite assessments to identify and address potential risks and challenges.
  • Maintaining open communication with stakeholders through regular case conferences and medical consultations.
  • Providing rehabilitation, motivational, and vocational counseling to help clients regain their ability to work safely and effectively.
  • Conducting thorough vocational assessments to determine the most suitable career paths for each client.
Qualifications and Skills

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Full or provisional registration with AHPRA (Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency) OR Full/associate membership with ASORC/RCAA.
  • Experience in Occupational Rehabilitation is highly desirable but not essential.
  • Excellent communication and time management skills to ensure seamless collaboration with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
  • A go-getter attitude, taking pride in a job well-done and striving for excellence in all aspects of your work.
  • The ability to produce a satisfactory Working with Children Check, and Police Clearance.
  • A valid driver's license and reliable vehicle to facilitate travel to various work locations.
  • Willingness to learn and make a positive impact on people's lives in tangible ways.
  • A commitment to providing exceptional customer service to your clients and customers.
