We are seeking a dynamic and driven Registered Nurse to join our friendly, community-based team at Total Workfit Solutions.
A key member of our team, you will be an integral part of assisting injured workers to recover at work and achieve independence at home, in the workplace, and the community, improving their wellbeing and purpose in life.
Key Responsibilities
- Early intervention and psychological worksite assessments
- Medical case conferences and stakeholder liaison and case management services
- Rehabilitation, motivational and vocational counselling
- Vocational assessments
Requirements
- Full or provisional registration with AHPRA (Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency)
- Experience in Occupational Rehabilitation (Highly desired but not essential)
- Excellent communication and time management skills
- A go-getter attitude, taking pride in a job well-done
- Ability to produce a satisfactory Working with Children Check, and Police Clearance
- Current driver's license and vehicle
- Willingness to learn and impact positively on people's lives in tangible ways
- The ability to engage clients and stakeholders in the wellness and work journey
- A commitment to a high level of customer service to your clients and customers
