Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Financial and Workforce Analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing workforce management processes, ensuring compliance with policies and procedures, and providing financial analysis and advice to project teams.
Responsibilities:
- Manage workforce management processes and ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
- Provide financial analysis and advice to project teams.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across the business to solve problems.
- Analyze issues with workforce resourcing finance and provide recommended actions to resolve issues.
- Perform end of month project activities, such as receipting for Contingent Workers timesheets.
About You:
- You have a good understanding of Workforce Management and experience writing process documentation.
- You have strong Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
- You are an effective time manager, able to manage and deliver competing day-to-day priorities.
- You have excellent analytical skills and can interpret data and prepare reports using clear, concise language.
