Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing timely updates and addressing queries effectively.
  • Build strong relationships with clients to understand their business needs and tailor recruitment services accordingly.
  • Proactively address client concerns and manage expectations through open communication and collaboration.
  • Partner with stakeholders to identify role requirements and specifications for the Talent Acquisition team.
  • Review financial feasibility and maintain margin.
  • Ensure quality assurance and compliance with client expectations, contracts, and service level agreements.
  • Conduct regular check-ins to gather feedback and identify areas for improvement with both employees and clients.
  • Develop and present reports on recruitment activities, performance, and market trends.

Requirements:

  • Experience in IT or Professional Services environments.
  • A proven track record of managing high-volume recruitment delivery.
  • The ability to handle sensitive information confidentially and professionally.
  • Knowledge of employment law and regulations.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy and commitment to meeting deadlines.
  • Ability to manage ambiguity and adapt to changing business environments.
