Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Dynamics 365 Developer to join our team on an initial 6-month contract. As a key member of our technical team, you will be responsible for configuring solutions within Case Management for Customer Service in Dynamics 365.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Participate in discovery and inception workshops, providing technical guidance to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Configure Dynamics 365 CRM solutions to meet specific business requirements and develop high-quality plugins, workflows, and Azure service integrations.
  • Ensure functions affected by changes are implemented within configuration guidelines to maintain solution integrity.
  • Contribute to setting development standards and ensure adherence to configuration standards.
  • Deliver solutions that meet agreed service levels and procedures, minimizing disruptions.
  • Assess and report on risks that could impact system and data security, ensuring appropriate mitigation practices are in place.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 5+ years' experience with Dynamics 365 and Power Platform.
  • Hands-on experience with Power Automate and Power BI.
  • Exposure to Azure Service Bus and Azure Functions.
  • Experience with Azure Pipelines and DevOps delivery.
