Dynamics 365 Solutions Architect

Are you looking for a challenging role that will utilize your Dynamics 365 skills? We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Functional Consultant to join our team in Sydney.
This is a full-time hybrid position where you will be responsible for implementing, customizing, and supporting Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) solutions. As a senior consultant, you will lead end-to-end implementations of Dynamics 365 CE, engage with clients to gather requirements, design CRM solutions, and deliver results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead implementation projects for Dynamics 365 CE across various industries
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, project managers, and stakeholders
- Provide post-go-live support and continuous improvement strategies
- Design and implement customized CRM solutions
Requirements:
- 8+ years of experience in Dynamics 365 CE implementations
- Strong understanding of customer engagement processes and CRM best practices
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI)
- Microsoft certifications are highly regarded
