Dynamics 365 Solutions Architect

We are seeking an experienced developer to join our team and enhance business processes by designing, developing, and customising Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE and Field Services solutions.
The ideal candidate will possess strong research and problem diagnosis skills, clear communication skills, and demonstrated experience in a similar IT Application development role.
- Design and build application configurations to meet business needs.
- Develop and customise Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions to improve customer experience.
- Perform root cause analysis to resolve complex application issues.
- Configure and customise Dynamics 365 entities, forms, workflows, and business rules.
Maintain comprehensive documentation of customisations, configurations, and development activities. Stay up-to-date with Microsoft Dynamics 365 updates and patches.
As a key member of our team, you will contribute to the continued improvement of systems and their utilisation in Catholic Healthcare. Ensure the availability and reliability of business applications meet or exceed service level agreements.
