We are seeking a highly skilled professional to assume the role of a Dynamics 365 Solutions Architect. This position involves configuring and developing high-quality solutions within Case Management for Customer Service in Dynamics 365.

">Key Responsibilities
  • Participate in workshops, providing technical expertise to drive project success.
  • Design and configure CRM solutions to meet business needs, leveraging strong technical skills.
  • Develop high-quality plugins, workflows, and integrations with Azure services.
  • Implement changes while ensuring compliance with established configuration guidelines.
  • Contribute to setting development standards and ensure adherence to configuration best practices.
  • Achieve optimal solution delivery with minimal disruption to service levels.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 5+ years' experience in Dynamics 365 and Power Platform, with expertise in solution design and development.
  • Hands-on experience with Power Automate and Power BI, driving data insights and automation.
  • Familiarity with Azure Service Bus and Azure Functions, enhancing integration capabilities.
  • Experience with Azure Pipelines and DevOps delivery, ensuring efficient and secure deployment.
