Job Title: Learning Experience Manager

The role of Learning Experience Manager is to design and deliver engaging training programs that meet the needs of new team members.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create structured training content (online and in-person) on sales, customer service, and store operations
  • Support new starters through their first days, ensuring a smooth onboarding experience
  • Travel between stores at short notice to provide face-to-face training and support
  • Develop and maintain training resources (handbooks, guides, presentations, online modules)
  • Work closely with Store Managers to identify training needs and improvements
  • Monitor training outcomes and provide feedback to continually strengthen our programs

Requirements:

  • Experience in retail (essential)
  • Background in training, onboarding, or learning & development (generalist welcome)
  • Ability to work in fast-paced environments and adapt to changing priorities
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive approach
  • Physical ability to lift up to 20kgs when assisting in-store
  • Willingness to travel interstate and occasionally work weekends (most weeks Mon–Fri)
