As Manager, Onboarding Experience and Learning, you'll design and deliver impactful learning experiences that align with strategic priorities and industry trends.
You'll lead the development of scalable frameworks and job-ready programs that support career pathways and foster a culture of continuous learning.
What You'll Do
Lead the design and implementation of onboarding and core learning solutions aligned with strategic priorities
Develop scalable frameworks that support job-ready capability across career pathways
Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure seamless transitions from onboarding to ongoing development
Ensure governance and compliance with training standards and regulatory requirements
Evaluate learning effectiveness using performance and engagement metrics to drive continuous improvement
Partner across teams to align learning with broader workforce strategy and transformation initiatives
What You'll Bring
Experience in Learning & Development, with a strong understanding of adult learning principles
Advanced capability in learning experience design and instructional methodologies
Strong stakeholder engagement and consultative skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate
Business acumen and understanding of customer service and insurance industry dynamics
Familiarity with LMS platforms and eLearning tools such as Lectora or Captivate (desired)
Qualifications in Training & Assessment or Adult Learning (desired)
