Learning Coordinator Role

We are seeking a skilled Learning Coordinator to support the delivery of leadership and capability programs across the firm.

In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring a great learner experience and assisting the L&D team in developing and implementing digital and blended learning solutions.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Support the L&D team in delivering leadership and capability program initiatives.
  • Administer the Learning Management System efficiently to ensure seamless user experience.
  • Serve as the primary contact for learning-related inquiries across the firm.
  • Develop reporting dashboards and conduct trend analysis to inform data-driven decisions.
  • Assist in coordinating programs and managing learning events to maximize engagement and impact.
  • Contribute to evaluating and analysing the effectiveness of training delivered to drive continuous improvement.

  • Detail-oriented with strong organisational and prioritisation skills.
  • Proactive and organised professional with a solid background in learning/training coordination.
  • Familiarity with Learning Management Systems is highly regarded.
  • Experience in reporting and data analysis is beneficial.
  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills are essential.
  • Collaborative and professional approach with strong communication skills is required.

Degree Requirements:

A degree, diploma or certificate in Adult Education, L&D, Psychology, Business Administration or a related discipline is desirable.
