Overview

Join Altura Learning as a Learning Designer to shape the future of aged care training across Australia, New Zealand, the UK, and Ireland. Altura Learning is backed by over 20 years of impact and is proudly part of the Bolton Clarke Group, supporting 175,000+ learners and 400+ care providers globally. You'll collaborate with nurse educators and video production experts to create interactive eLearning courses that make a difference. You'll craft engaging course content using video, audio, simulations, and interactive elements, translating complex information into user-friendly learning journeys. You'll guide course structure and navigation, work with graphic designers to visualise instructional content, apply evidence-based e-learning practices, and manage content across multiple LMS and CMS platforms. This is a hands-on, collaborative role where your creativity and technical skills will directly shape the learning experience for thousands of care professionals globally.



What You'll Be Doing
  • Design, develop and deliver interactive online courses using Articulate Storyline and Rise
  • Craft courses that seamlessly integrate rich multimedia content—video, animation, simulations, and games
  • Enhance learner engagement through thoughtful UX and instructional design
  • Partner with internal stakeholders and subject matter experts to bring topics to life
  • Guide course structure and navigation; work with graphic designers to visualise instructional content
  • Manage course builds, updates, and content libraries across LMS platforms
  • Apply evidence-based e-learning practices and maintain meticulous project documentation
  • Support ongoing maintenance and improvement of our course library


What You'll Bring
  • A strong portfolio of eLearning design projects across varied audiences
  • Deep expertise in Articulate Storyline, Rise, SCORM, and LMS tools
  • Experience working across multiple LMS/CMS platforms
  • Great eye for design, layout, and user experience
  • Collaborative spirit, adaptability, and a drive to innovate

Salary package is negotiable, dependent upon experience.


Please note this is a full-time role based at our office in Belrose, NSW. In-person collaboration is a mandatory part of this role.
