About The Position

We are seeking an experienced Duty Manager to oversee daily operations, lead a dynamic team, and deliver exceptional guest experiences.

This role requires strong leadership and gaming expertise, offering a chance to work in a close-knit venue while enjoying a great work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise front-of-house operations, ensuring smooth daily functions and guest satisfaction.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, addressing guest needs, and resolving issues promptly.
  • Assist with staff management, training, and development to maintain a high-performing team.
  • Manage stock levels, ordering, and inventory control to optimize efficiency.
  • Ensure high standards of health, safety, and gaming compliance, maintaining a secure and enjoyable environment for guests.
  • Collaborate with the management team to enhance guest experiences and drive business growth.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a supervisory or management role within the hospitality industry.
  • Experience in managing gaming operations and knowledge of compliance regulations.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills to drive results and build a positive team culture.
  • Customer service-oriented with a focus on delivering exceptional guest experiences.
  • Solid understanding of hospitality operations, including stock management and inventory control.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings, to meet the needs of the business.
