Job Description

The Village Hospitality Manager plays a vital role in shaping the food and beverage offerings throughout our Greenway Views Village. This position is responsible for functions and events, as well as part of the resident move-in experience, providing a 5-star experience for our residents.

This is an exciting opportunity to lead and inspire a world-class hospitality team, working Monday to Friday with flexibility to attend village events as required.

Requirements
  • Bachelor of Hotel, resort management or equivalent
  • Full working rights in Australia
  • Previous experience as a Hospitality Manager or similar role in the hospitality industry
  • Understanding of hospitality management systems and procedures
  • Proven track record of driving hospitality operations and achieving key performance indicators
  • Experience in managing financial performance and budgets
  • Strong leadership skills with a focus on team development and engagement
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Possession for delivering exceptional guest experiences
  • Ability to lead by example and motivate a team
  • Effective problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Flexibility to work a roster including shifts, weekends, and public holidays
