Restaurant Manager Job DescriptionAbout the Role

Grill'd is seeking a highly skilled Restaurant Manager to lead our hospitality team in the ACT. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for motivating and leading a team for sales growth and engagement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Motivate and lead a team for sales growth and engagement.
  • Collaborate with Area Managers for high-standard operations, including rostering, recruitment, stock management, and compliance.
  • Support team development through check-ins, performance reviews, and talent pipelines.
  • Manage business financials, including profit & loss, budgets, and KPIs.
  • Engage with local community groups through our local matters program.
