About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Hospitality Manager to join our team at Greenway Views Village. This is a unique opportunity to lead and inspire a world-class hospitality team, shaping the food and beverage offerings and fostering a culture of excellence. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in driving hospitality operations and achieving key performance indicators, with strong leadership skills and a focus on team development and engagement.

Key Responsibilities

  • To oversee all aspects of hospitality operations, including functions and events, resident move-in experiences, and food and beverage offerings.
  • To develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty, ensuring a 5-star experience for residents.
  • To manage financial performance, budgets, and resources, ensuring effective cost management and profitability.
  • To lead and motivate a high-performing team, providing coaching, training, and development opportunities to ensure excellent service delivery.
  • To collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery and resident satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Bachelor of Hotel, Resort Management or equivalent qualification.
  • Full working rights in Australia.
  • Previous experience as a Hospitality Manager or similar role in the hospitality industry.
  • Strong leadership skills, with a focus on team development and engagement.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work a roster including shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
