We are currently seeking a customer-centric individual to fill the role of Digital Care Advisor. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences through digital channels.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for resolving customer enquiries in a timely and professional manner, utilizing multiple digital platforms including live chat, email, and social media. They will also maintain a positive and friendly engagement with customers, ensuring that all written communication is clear and concise.

  • Resolve customer enquiries across various digital channels, prioritizing tasks to meet customer needs
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism and friendliness throughout interactions with customers, ensuring excellent spelling and grammar
  • Focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences as measured by quality assurance metrics, customer service surveys, and first contact resolution rates
Requirements

To be successful in this role, the ideal candidate will possess a customer-first mindset, be proactive, and have advanced understanding of PC applications and experience using web-based CRM systems. A minimum of 12 months' experience in a Customer Service environment is highly desirable.
