About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced marketing professional to join our dynamic team as a Product Marketing Specialist - Aftermarket. This pivotal role involves developing and implementing marketing strategies, executing campaigns and programs to drive business growth and profitability.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement marketing objectives, promotional programs, and product range reports to ensure alignment with business plans.
  • Manage pricing strategies for Parts and Service to enhance profitability and drive revenue growth.
  • Utilize CRM platforms for segmentation, tracking, and data reporting to inform marketing decisions.
  • Develop and interpret post-campaign analysis to optimize marketing effectiveness.
  • Manage creative agencies to ensure a clear and concise approach to planning activities.
  • Coordinate and manage web-based marketing to build brand reputation and profile.
  • Maintain contact with suppliers, key customers, and associations to achieve business objectives.
Requirements
  • Tertiary qualifications in marketing or a related discipline.
  • Experience in Aftermarket within the capital equipment sector.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to establish effective business relationships.
  • Excellent PC and Microsoft Office proficiency.
  • Strong analytical skills and commercial acumen.
  • Proven marketing and product management skills in an equipment environment.
  • A valid passport, with the possibility of overseas and interstate travel.
  • A valid Australian motor vehicle license.
