Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the APAC Regional Marketing Manager to develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy that aligns with the company's business objectives.
  • Lead the planning and execution of B2C and B2B marketing campaigns across various channels, including virtual and physical events, email marketing, social media, PPC, partnerships, and content creation.
  • Work closely with the creative and digital departments to produce high-quality creative campaigns that showcase our brand's unique value proposition.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including Recruitment and Sales teams, to ensure seamless collaboration and effective communication.
  • Manage and oversee the duties and career development of Marketing Executives within the team.
  • Report quarterly and provide insights to inform campaign activities and adjust the marketing mix to meet business demands.

About You

  • This role is ideal for a seasoned marketing professional with experience in Recruitment Marketing or an agency-side Senior Account Manager or Junior Account Director looking to transition to an in-house role.
  • You will thrive in a fast-paced environment and be passionate about staying up-to-date with the latest marketing trends and technologies.
