  • Marketing Strategies: Create and execute comprehensive marketing plans tailored to various channels. Focus on expanding value propositions and maximizing engagement across different platforms.
  • Campaign Execution: Design and roll out high-impact marketing campaigns that drive ticket sales, boost attendance, and reflect our brand's positioning. Ensure campaigns meet or exceed sales and attendance targets.
  • Sales & Engagement: Oversee initiatives to achieve targeted ticket sales and enhance audience engagement. Utilize our database effectively to inform marketing strategies and track performance.
  • Brand Positioning: Ensure that all marketing efforts align with placemaking goals and established brand image.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in theatre marketing.
  • Demonstrated experience in the development and management of data-driven marketing plans that achieve company goals.
  • Excellent strategic thinking and project management skills.
  • Proficiency in using data and analytics to drive marketing decisions.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills (internal and external).
  • Strong understanding of the performing arts sector in Australia and associated trends.
  • Experience in budget development and control.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with the West HQ Marketing team and Sydney Coliseum Theatre team.
