The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Lifecycle Marketing Manager to join our team. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that drive engagement and revenue growth throughout the customer lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute lead and customer lifecycle campaigns to generate sales pipeline and increase customer growth and retention.
  • Design and implement email marketing campaigns, including promotional campaigns, product marketing campaigns, triggered messages, and nurture campaigns.
  • Leverage marketing automation, behavioural data, and ML-based techniques to create personalized experiences at scale.
  • Drive growth across key metrics (MQLs, Demos, Pipeline, Revenue) - measure success, optimize against targets, and report on performance on a regular cadence.
  • Analyze trends, develop actionable insights, and socialize relevant learnings across the organization.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, sales, and customer success to develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Lifecycle/Email Marketing.
  • 2+ years of experience in a B2B SaaS environment.
  • Understanding of customers' needs and experience across the lifecycle and how to craft messaging and approach accordingly.
  • Deep knowledge of the email landscape and best practices (deliverability, privacy laws) and growth marketing concepts (attribution, incrementality).
  • Proficiency in marketing automation, lifecycle, and CRM platforms.
  • Experience with A/B testing, user cohorting, and other optimization techniques.
