Operations Executive

At an exciting growth phase, we're seeking a skilled Operations Executive who sees systems as pathways to social impact. You'll oversee operations across our three business streams, leading a team of 12 staff and ensuring our services remain compliant, efficient, and deeply human-centered.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Implementing operational strategies and policies across business functions to drive efficiency and productivity
  • Ensuring compliance with relevant industry regulations and internal policies
  • Managing and coordinating the work of cross-functional teams to ensure the smooth delivery of services
  • Leading, mentoring, and supporting staff, fostering a positive culture of accountability, inclusion, and growth
  • Monitoring client services to ensure a high-quality, culturally responsive experience
  • Collaborating with the leadership team to identify and address operational challenges

Required skills and qualifications:

  • Experience in operations management, ideally in NDIS, social enterprise, or community services
  • Strong knowledge of NDIS compliance and quality frameworks
  • Demonstrated ability to lead teams and manage diverse stakeholders
