Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Pega Analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will have a strong background in business analysis and process improvement, with a focus on leveraging the Pega platform to drive business outcomes.

As a Pega Analyst, you will work closely with stakeholders to identify and document business needs, develop process models, and implement solutions using the Pega platform.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and maintaining business process models
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements and define project scope
  • Designing and implementing process improvements using the Pega platform
  • Providing technical expertise and support to project teams
