Job Title: Senior IT Continuity Lead Service Management Officer

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our IT continuity efforts and drive business resilience.

About the Role

This is a key leadership position that plays a vital role in ensuring the continuity of our critical business services. As a senior IT continuity lead service management officer, you will be part of our team that drives consistency and improves the quality of continuity planning.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Implement Business Resilience Plans: Create and execute comprehensive business resilience plans to ensure the continuity of our critical business services.
  • Collaborate with Stakeholders: Work closely with stakeholders to identify ICT services and systems supporting critical business processes.
  • Support Risk Assessment Activities: Contribute to business impact analysis (BIA) and risk assessment activities to ensure the organization's ability to recover from disruptions.
  • Maintain the Key Business Services List: Update and maintain the Key Business Services (KBS) list to ensure it accurately reflects the organization's critical business services.
  • Ensure ITSCM Governance: Contribute to DRP testing and ensure appropriate governance of the ITSCM framework to ensure its effectiveness.
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 Years' Experience: Minimum 5 years' experience in service continuity and disaster recovery within a medium/large organization ICT environment.
  • Strong Technical Background: Strong technical background with experience in recovery strategies and technology.
  • Hands-on Experience with Modern Technologies: Hands-on experience with modern technologies including software-as-service, data analytics, cloud services, and service integration.
  • Expertise in Process Design and Maturity: Expertise in process design and maturity to drive business resilience.
Selection Criteria
  • ITIL Certification: ITIL certification and strong understanding of service levels.
  • Experience in Service Continuity and DR Planning: Experience in service continuity and DR planning and testing.
  • Strong Stakeholder Management Skills: Strong stakeholder management skills to foster collaboration across business and technology teams.
