
Business Development Lead

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Business Development Lead to drive sales growth and expansion in our territory. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading a team of Account Executives and guiding them in identifying new business opportunities, developing strategic plans, and executing sales strategies.
About the Role:
The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of success in sales leadership, with experience in driving revenue growth and expanding market share. You will be responsible for building relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and positioning our solutions as the best fit for their business. You will also lead the development of sales strategies and tactics, working closely with your team to achieve sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of Account Executives to drive sales growth and expansion
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets
- Build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Understand client needs and position our solutions as the best fit for their business
- Manage and prioritize multiple projects and initiatives simultaneously
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A minimum of 3-5 years of sales leadership experience, preferably in a SaaS environment
- A proven track record of success in driving revenue growth and expanding market share
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects and initiatives simultaneously
