As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering and developing programming for our Ninja Parc Academy classes, as well as developing and implementing practical training for all staff.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and deliver high-quality coaching programs for Ninja Parc Academy classes
  • Design and implement training programs for staff to enhance their skills and knowledge
  • Work closely with venues to maximize class timetables and drive business growth
  • Lead the development and execution of the Ninja Parc Championship League
  • Assist with the execution of obstacle resets and ensure high-quality product delivery

Requirements

  • Proven coaching experience and qualifications
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work with kids, teens, and adults
  • Current First Aid and CPR certification
  • Current Driver's License
  • Willingness to travel as required

Desirable Qualifications

  • Experience in gymnastics, obstacle, or parkour
  • Experience working with children and in customer service
  • Proven track record of working towards and achieving targets
