Role Overview

We're seeking a skilled Administration Partner to join our Western Brisbane Hub. This is a full-time opportunity with parental leave cover until September 2025.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service and relationship management support
  • Lead customer-facing interactions and develop strong relationships with referral partners, therapists, and other industry professionals
  • Manage client databases and practice administration systems, with experience in Salesforce being advantageous
  • Evaluate processes to ensure participant onboarding and experience meet high standards
  • Assist Occupational Therapists, Physiotherapists, and Speech Pathologists in delivering quality outcomes for clients
Requirements
  • Extensive experience in customer service and relationship management
  • Proven ability to take personal responsibility for participant satisfaction
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
  • First Aid Certificate

Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary of $35 per hour, depending on experience. Additionally, you'll receive a range of benefits, including above award salary, additional leave if required, and access to the latest tools and technology.
