About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Support Coordinator to join our team on a full-time basis, working closely with clients and families to help them navigate the NDIS and access services.

As a Support Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing services and supports in clients' NDIS plans, building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, service providers, and other stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and manage services and supports in clients' NDIS plans
  • Work closely with clients and families to help them navigate the NDIS and access services
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, service providers, and other stakeholders

You will empower clients by helping them understand their plans and enabling them to take control of their support services. This role requires strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills, as well as relevant qualifications in disability services, social work, or related fields.

The successful applicant will have or be willing to obtain a drivers licence, Working with Children Check (blue card), and NDIS Worker Screening Clearance (yellow card).

The estimated annual salary for this role is between $60,000 - $80,000 AUD, depending on experience and qualifications.
