Position Overview

As a Recruitment Consultant or Senior Consultant, you will oversee the recruitment process for clients and candidates across multiple sectors. This role focuses on sourcing Senior HR Professionals for both permanent and temporary roles, including positions such as HR Managers, HR Business Partners, and People and Culture Managers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage in business development and establish relationships with diverse clients to become their preferred recruitment partner.
  • Manage the candidate journey from initial inquiry to successful placement.
  • Maintain a robust candidate pipeline to address proactive recruitment needs.
  • Adopt a proactive approach to nurturing and sustaining client relationships.
  • Act as a trusted consultant within the HR industry.
