About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Recruitment Consultant to join our team at Red Earth Recruitment. As a Senior Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients and candidates, and for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute recruitment strategies to meet client needs and achieve business objectives
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients and candidates, and provide exceptional customer service
  • Source and attract top talent for client roles, and negotiate salaries and benefits
  • Manage the recruitment process from initial contact to placement, and ensure timely and effective communication with clients and candidates
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of business growth strategies, and participate in sales and marketing initiatives
Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in the IT sector
  • Proven track record of success in recruitment, with a strong understanding of the IT industry and its trends
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and candidates
  • Strong business development and sales skills, with the ability to identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and to prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines
