The Role
We are looking for a Senior Temporary Consultant to join our team of collaborative and caring professionals. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for:
- Managing Temporary Roles
- Overseeing temporary positions across various sectors, including Education and Healthcare
- Business Development
- Utilizing innovative approaches, such as content marketing and video marketing, to drive business growth
- Client and Candidate Relationships
- Maintaining strong relationships with existing clients and building a strong business development strategy to target new accounts
- Recruitment and Candidate Experience
- Recruiting a diverse range of temporary candidates across various roles, including support, mid-level management, operations, fundraising, and events
- Monitoring candidate and client satisfaction through regular surveys and feedback
About You
To succeed in this role, you will be a self-motivated and team-oriented individual with a strong background in recruitment. You will have a proven track record of delivering results in a fast-paced environment and be able to build strong relationships with clients and candidates. You will also be passionate about delivering exceptional candidate and client experiences.
