HR Administrator

We are seeking a highly motivated and process-driven HR & Recruitment Administrator to join our HR & Resourcing Team in Perth. In this key role, you will provide administrative support to both the in-house HR & Resourcing function across the entire recruitment lifecycle.

About You
We are looking for a courageous, innovative, passionate, and creative individual who is eager to take on new challenges. Your focus will include:
- Administration of project and recruitment-specific documents and site entry requirements
- Scheduling interviews, medicals, and related assessments
- Conducting phone screening and reference checks
- Maintenance of recruitment and HR records through Workday and other related systems
- Issuing new starters' packs and ensuring all documentation is completed, collected, and electronically filed in Workday
- Assisting with compliance reporting, including licenses, tickets, emergency contact, insurance, visas, etc.
- Establishing and maintaining effective working relationships with coworkers, employees, supervisors, and clients
- General HR administration tasks
