Job Title: Payroll Expert
We are seeking a Payroll Expert to join our team at HR Partners by Randstad. As a Payroll Expert, you will be responsible for ensuring the accurate processing of remuneration within processing timeframes and providing advice on more complex remuneration matters.
Key Responsibilities:
- Check and quality assure the accurate processing of the fortnightly remuneration within processing timeframes.
- Provide audit support to the Team Leader Remuneration.
- Ensure standardised processes and procedures are applied across the remuneration team.
- Ensure that administrative duties are undertaken including maintaining electronic and paper based records.
- Maintain an awareness of contemporary and relevant HR trends with an emphasis on Remuneration matters.
- Produce HR and Payroll reports as required.
- Analyse HR systems/Payroll data.
Requirements:
- Experience in the full range of remuneration services in a complex organisation using a computerised Human Resource Management Information System.
- Demonstrated experience in providing advice on relevant Acts, Awards, Agreements, policies and procedure.
These are short term contracts initially offered from 3 months with possibility of extension. Only people with full Australian Working rights can be considered for these roles.
