Job Overview

  • Financial Services Expertise: Deep background in fintech, financial services, or digital assets with proven experience in payment processing, custody services, and regulatory compliance across multiple jurisdictions.
  • Strategic Growth & Business Development: Demonstrated success developing and executing comprehensive growth strategies, managing M&A opportunities, and building strategic partnerships with financial institutions and technology providers.
  • Commercial Excellence: Extensive experience in customer segmentation, go-to-market strategy development, and revenue optimisation across both institutional and retail segments in complex B2B/B2C environments.
  • Global Market Expansion: Proven track record of international business development, market entry strategies, and scaling operations across diverse geographic markets and regulatory environments.
  • Operational Leadership: Strong background managing cross-functional teams, implementing digital transformation initiatives, and maintaining P&L accountability for business units with measurable KPI performance.
  • Regulatory & Stakeholder Management: Experience navigating complex regulatory landscapes, engaging with compliance teams and regulatory bodies, and representing organisations in industry forums with exceptional communication skills.
