Job Title: Digital Growth Strategist

The Digital Growth Strategist will work within strategic consulting programs, developing specialized knowledge to help clients shape their growth strategies and solve complex business problems. This role involves working on a variety of digital topics, applying generalist consulting skills to strategic data, digital content, media, and technology questions.

  • Build strong relationships with clients by delivering exceptional results and meeting their expectations.
  • Partner with clients to understand their needs and develop tailored solutions to meet their objectives.
  • Help deliver integrated programs by leveraging expertise in marketing, technology, product, data, and operations, ensuring the work delivers maximum value to clients.
  • Collaborate with team members and participate in project meetings to ensure high-quality work is delivered.
  • Execute project tasks, conduct research, analyze data, generate insights, and create deliverables to make informed recommendations and present to clients.
  • Develop compelling business cases for change.
  • Foster alignment among all client stakeholders on our mission and values.
  • Identify and communicate potential risks with internal leadership.
  • Provide educational support to clients on our services, how we work, and why it works.

Experience and Qualifications
  • 3+ years of client-facing experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in data, digital media, or technology.
  • Experience contributing to the sales-cycle by project scoping and developing proposals.
  • External stakeholder and partner management.
