**Job Opportunity:** Learning Support Consultant
We are seeking a skilled and organized professional to manage all learning logistics for their allocated program/s.
Responsibilities include:
- Organizing and coordinating facilitators, participants, course materials, transport, rooms, catering, results recording and reporting.
- Liaising with key stakeholders including managers and vendors.
Required skills include:
- Excellent planning and organizing ability.
- Excellent customer service.
- Team player.
- Intermediate to advanced skills in Excel.
- Software savvy and able to quickly learn internal systems.
- Strong interpersonal skills and stakeholder management.
- Demonstrated experience in logistics/coordination and managing events.
**About the Role:**
This is a 12-month contract position requiring a flexible working arrangement of three days per week. Work-from-home options available based out of anywhere in Australia.
