Our organization is looking for a strategic and experienced Learning Program Manager to lead our learning initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of developing and executing effective training programs that drive business results.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing training best practices and standards
  • Enabling implementation across the network
  • Sharing results with operations leaders

The successful candidate will be responsible for driving and supporting network performance by understanding learning needs, using data and insights to build or adapt learning methods, materials, or technology.

This role also involves contributing to reporting on training activities, analyzing data to drive results, and identifying innovative learning solutions to localize training programs.

Additionally, the Learning Program Manager will create and manage the communication strategy for promoting and highlighting key training processes and activities across the network.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

- 3+ years of program or project management experience

- 3+ years of working cross-functionally with tech and non-tech teams experience

- 3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience

- Bachelor's degree

- Advanced knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) and SQL

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

- 3+ years of driving end-to-end delivery and communicating results to senior leadership experience

- 3+ years of driving process improvements experience

- Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at various levels of the organization
