Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our training and educational programs in a global setting. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, instructional design expertise, and project management skills.

This role requires the ability to work with stakeholders to establish development plans for key training and courses. The successful candidate will have demonstrated knowledge of adult learning principles, instructional design, and project management expertise.

The ideal candidate will have advanced business knowledge of Clinical Research & Development, Pharmacovigilance, and/or Regulatory in the pharmaceutical industry. Prior experience in monitoring adherence to compliance-based training is also essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement training strategies to support clinical research, medical, safety, and regulatory operations
  • Provide technical, instructional design, and operational management for training programs
  • Communicate and ensure a global understanding of training strategy and goals
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and provide feedback for continuous improvement

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated knowledge of adult learning principles, instructional design, and project management expertise
  • Advanced business knowledge of Clinical Research & Development, Pharmacovigilance, and/or Regulatory in the pharmaceutical industry
  • Prior experience in monitoring adherence to compliance-based training
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat, Sharepoint development and maintenance, course development products, and survey tools
