Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to lead our swim programs at one of our leisure facilities. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the daily operations of the program, ensuring quality service delivery, and fostering a supportive environment for staff and participants.

About the Role
  • This is a pivotal role in managing the daily operations of swim programs, leading swim instructors and coaches, and ensuring quality service delivery.
  • The Crew Leader Swim Programs will be responsible for effective execution of swim classes, staff management, and adherence to safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
  • Leading swim instructors and coaches to deliver high-quality swim classes.
  • Ensuring quality service delivery by implementing and maintaining quality control measures.
  • Fostering a supportive environment for staff and participants by promoting teamwork and open communication.
Requirements
  • A current AUSTSWIM qualification in teaching of swimming and water safety and infants.
  • Extensive experience managing a learn to swim program.
  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to positively motivate others.
  • Experience in delivering high-quality customer service to improve business performance.
