Overview of the Role

The Manager, Learning Programs and Governance is responsible for designing and delivering high-quality organisational learning that meets the needs of our people, aligned to the business strategy and capability framework.

This fixed term contract opportunity involves collaborating with the Learning and Development team to deliver claims learning programs, managing multiple concurrent learning programs, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Design and deliver high-quality organisational learning programs
  • Collaborate with the Learning and Development team to deliver claims learning programs
  • Manage multiple concurrent learning programs
  • E nsure compliance with regulatory requirements

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • At least 5+ years' experience working in a learning and development role
  • Experience in managing and coaching Learning and Development team members
  • Experience in managing multiple mid to large scale learning projects through a team
  • Experience in digital development using Articulate and RISE 360, as well as other digital programmes
