Key Role Overview

As a senior account management professional, you will be responsible for driving strategic growth and retention across key employer and member accounts.

This role is central to maintaining and growing our employer and member base, with a focus on managing key accounts and contributing to the fund's strategic growth.

Account Management Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, delivering tailored engagement strategies and representing the organisation at industry events and client forums.
  • Execute formalised client engagement strategies and member service initiatives, ensuring seamless transitions for large employers.
  • Deliver education programs and promote campaigns across your portfolio, providing insights and reporting on service levels, engagement outcomes, and portfolio performance.
Essential Skills and Qualifications
  • Proven experience in account management, client engagement, or business development.
  • Strong knowledge of superannuation, industrial relations, and financial products.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • RG146 accreditation is mandatory for this role; however, candidates who are not yet accredited may be considered if they are willing and eligible to complete the certification as part of their onboarding.
