Job Overview

We are seeking a Strategic Governance Professional to provide expert assistance in corporate governance functions, supporting the Clerk and Deputy Clerk.


Main Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and report on strategic plan implementation and associated projects across the organization;
  • Maintain an effective risk management strategy;
  • Develop comprehensive reports as required, including the Annual Report;
  • Assist in managing internal and parliamentary committees;
  • Deliver project-based work as needed.

Key Requirements:
  • High-level administrative experience, preferably in government or a similar sector;
  • Strong project management skills, including coordinating multiple projects and deadlines;
  • Effective communication with senior executives, staff, and external stakeholders;
  • Familiarity with relevant government policies, procedures, and legislation;
  • Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and mitigate risks.
