About the Role
We are seeking an experienced account growth manager to join our team. As a key member of our client engagement team, you will be responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of employer and member accounts through proactive engagement and service delivery.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, attending industry events and client functions as required.
- Execute formalised client engagement strategies and member service initiatives.
- Support the onboarding of new business and ensure seamless transitions for large employers.
- Deliver education programs and promote campaigns across your portfolio.
- Maintain accurate client records in the CRM and ensure compliance with AFSL and RG146 requirements.
- Provide insights and reporting on service levels, engagement outcomes, and portfolio performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively identify opportunities for account growth and develop strategic plans to achieve this goal.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver exceptional customer service and support.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators to measure success and identify areas for improvement.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to ensure we are delivering the best possible service to our members.
