This role encompasses a diverse range of accounting tasks, including the production of financial reports, preparation of management accounts and submission of BAS and tax returns for various entities.
About the Position:
- Generating & maintaining financial reports utilizing Xero, MYOB and Reckon software platforms
- Preparing tax returns, FBT & financial statements for different business entity types
- Preparing BAS & IAS returns
- Calculating and reconciling payroll tax
- Preparing management accounts, cash flow forecasts and KPIs for clients
- Providing support to junior colleagues in their professional development
This position is both challenging and rewarding, offering opportunities for career progression with comprehensive training, support and technical exposure.
About You:
The ideal candidate will possess established accounting experience, accompanied by a relevant tertiary qualification and aspirations to achieve CA or CPA certifications. They should have experience preparing tax returns for various entities serving small to medium-sized businesses and be capable of generating financial statements and management reports.
